I’ve created eispenza in my own life through focused thinking but wanted to take things a stage further. But definitely it’s explained all in detail. Jun 16, Janna rated it it was amazing. The author has several interesting ideas, but also makes some errors when it comes to his understanding of genetics or quantum physics.

And incredibly, was walking again in less than 5 months This audiobook was both informative and enlightening in regards to concepts that I was unaware of. This book will teach you a lot about these topics and it is a very good place to start. The first pages are life changing I will listen to this over and over again as it goes into so much detail about the brain and how dixpenza work.
Now I see how his outlook matches contemporary sciences. Just go for what works for you, there are many paths that meet at the same end.
This book is a major key for anyone wanting to completely transform their being and become a new person. Practice new thoughts and new things will happen to you. Dispenza breaks down the whole system and its processes in an engaging but simultaneously extremely educational way. You will be better for having read this book and be armed with some great knowledge.
I much preferred the narrator of Dr Joe’s two later books. I have really benefited from this book and I love the neuroscience part and the best part for me was having the bonus material to refer to and really understanding what is going on from a biological point of view.

Hoe more you think a thought, the stronger those connections become.
Joseph Murphy Narrated by: It doesn’t really matter if that ‘spiritual stuff’ is dispenz or not, believing it and triggerin VERY in depth, scientific explanations for how the brain works and interacts with your body, emotions, mind. The basic premise that self reflection and a concerted effort to change automatic responses can help improve us is sound, but the author then claims a whole host of other super powers ranging from curing cancer to bestowing physic powers. I recommend his workshops as well!

Widely used in classes, as well as sold to people operating successfully in the business world, the eagerly awaited revision of Influence reminds the listener of the power of persuasion.
Overly repetitive and filled with information that borders on the law of attraction, but packaged in the respectable label of “science”.
