The soundtrack makes this demo rlevated for me, not the visual. You’ve got that right. Works as sweet therapy. The sky looks boring, the water does not reflect the landscape, and the mesh really is low quality in the non-HQ version which unfortunately does not perform well. Epic in every way. Nearly perfect, wanted and now found. The target platform clearly states “windows”, and not PC or Amiga. It can’t be described by words, only by wows. Got this working myself using the Crinkler rvba above; Works a treat, even with Aero on.
What’s the point of showing me big blocky elevted mapped polygons in 4K when the YouTube video is only p?? Is this the normal performance on a MB card or am I doing it wrong? In the Task Manager I can see the process, but neither black screen nor sound.
Jawdropping visuals, not only technically impressive but tasteful and stylish as well. And all the links, you can find on google incl. For me, this is the best intro ever. My pick for the best in that category is Atrium: Not only that but GL requiring you to use the ARB extension system to get access to a lot of functionality probably eats a dlevated bit of space too that would just be directly linked functions in DirectX.
It’s arbitrary and pointless in exactly the same way as the 10 pin limit in bowling, or the yard limit in football, or the no cars rule in marathon running. You should’ve sticked to pads, drones etc.

Thumb up for the great procedurale textures and the nice musc! I show this intro to tech-savvy friends, and THEN I tell them it was only 4k and watch them struggle to come to grips with that concept. This is so amazing it doesn’t deserve the cheesy music. So, Windows is providing the drivers.
I falsely assumed that this DLL came with the graphics driver and thus was one of those in the DX sdk i. I know that i want more that you can give to me, but good intro must have antialiasing or multisampling selector. What all of you up thumbers said.
