I think this would be a good book to buy if you want to enter into consulting or are looking to work for McKinsey.
The “way” is quite simple and obvious to experienced consultants; but probably what new consultants need to accelerate their technique. If you are an expert in business maybe this book is not for you but with you want dasiel give it a shot just read it without any preconceptions and maybe you can learn something.
Going into details about techniques and tools used will turn off some readers.

Jun 22, Cakra rated it it was ok. I read this after reading Laszlo Bane’s book, where he praised some of McKinsey’s style of doing things – I have no doubt that McKinsey is full of intelligent people, but so is Google, and I far prefer the mindset taken in Work Rules!.
