The Best Books of The girls drink liquor together and pressure Ann even when she doesn’t want to: I could tell you the facts—I lived in Texas for most of my life; I live in New York City with my husband and six-year-old son now; I have freckles and a lopsided smile; I’m allergic to penicillin. I don’t know why I suddenly picked up on them, but in hindsight I realize that at least 2 things were present in the first book also: See all reviews.
